About Me
I graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice majoring in Forensic Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Victim Services. I am experienced in treating clients with PTSD and other traumas, often coinciding with depression, guilt, anger, anxiety, suicidal tendencies, and other mental health problems. My therapeutic style is informed by CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal therapy. I am a firm believer in focusing on empowering my clients with the tools needed for them to succeed in overcoming the obstacles they face in life.
