About Me

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Child and Family Studies and my Masters of Social Work  at Adelphi University. I began my social work career working with children and adolescents in foster care who experienced trauma and abuse. I specialize in treating children and adolescents in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, school issues, life transitions, relationships, self esteem, communication, conflict resolution, emotion regulation, and coping skills. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I hope we can work together to better emotional wellness through developing and improving skills based on individualized needs.
