Therapy is a journey. Let's walk it together.

Phone - +1-646-450-7210

As a therapist my goal is to listen to and understand people, and to provide a space that is safe and conducive to our work together. I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can confidently explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe in the power of a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, as this is the foundation for success in therapy. When clients feel welcome and understood they are empowered to work towards change through increased openness and vulnerability. Whatever brings you to therapy is important to me, and I will work with you to identify your unique strengths and struggles so we can, together, make a lasting positive impact on your life. I look forward to helping you unfold life's challenges using a variety of therapeutic interventions as we aim for increased self-awareness, quality of life, and ultimately, healing.
