The process of healing and self-discovery teaches you to embrace yourself wholeheartedly. Before all else, we are human beings who face struggles that are sometimes too much to bare on our own. Within a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment, I am here to offer you a comfortable space and a listening ear to work through those struggles, along with developing the tools needed for you to live an emotionally balanced life. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, each person is unique in their struggles and needs. I try to honor where my clients are, emotionally at any given moment. I utilize techniques from several evidence-based models to help my clients gain freedom from their emotional distress.
