About Me

I earned my Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from Stony Brook University and my B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from St. Joseph’s College. I have worked closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health struggles. My therapeutic style is collaborative and goal-oriented. My practice is grounded in a humanistic and strengths-based approach that emphasizes authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. In addition, I utilize a cognitive behavioral model (CBT) that helps individuals change their relationship with their thoughts, feelings, and the world.
