“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” – Brené Brown
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with young adults, adults, families and couples. I have experience supporting people through depression, anxiety, women’s issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, substance use disorders and personality disorders. Working with me means having a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ll meet you with warmth, openness, and curiosity, while gently challenging you to step into growth and new perspectives. I believe the foundation of meaningful work in therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you feel understood, uncover your strengths, and build practical tools you can use beyond our sessions. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change that feels authentic to you.

I have a deep commitment to helping people create meaningful change in their lives. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and Human Development from the University at Albany and went on to receive my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including private practice, intensive outpatient programs, and hospital-based inpatient psychiatry. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on mental health across every stage and level of care. Most importantly, they have taught me the value of meeting clients where they are - with compassion, patience, and respect. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to honor each person’s unique story while helping them build the confidence to move toward healing, growth, and authentic living.
