"Challenges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." Joshua J. Marine

I am a MHC-LP specializing in helping adults navigate life's challenges using evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Deciding to start therapy can be one of the hardest and bravest steps to take, and I applaud you for doing so. I provide a non-judgmental, safe space where we can develop practical coping skills to help you regain emotional balance. I like to cultivate an environment where my patients can lead the session with whatever they want to discuss or whichever goals they want to work on that week, as I provide them with guidance and clarity on their problems. The more you bring to therapy, the more you get out of it, so I encourage my patients to express themselves freely.
Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Childhood Sexual Abuse, PTSD, Anger Issues, ADHD, Domestic Violence
I have my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds, and have helped patients make progress with treating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, depression, anger management, childhood sexual abuse, and relationship issues using evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
